This protective vest of nylon-coated, glass yarn mesh is designed to shed mud, dirt and sand before it can build up and choke your radiator. TwinAir’s solution is a revolutionary improvement.
Unlike traditional coolant-based approaches that tap into the water cooling system, TwinAir’s design is the first air-cooled driven solution. From a mounting panel behind the radiator, flexible hoses circulate oil to a unique, tubular cooling grill designed to maximize heat exchange. The TwinAir Oil Cooler kit includes everything you need –heat exchanger, mounting hardware, oil filter cap, hoses, clamps and step-by-step instructions.
- By circulating the oil up and down multiple pipes simultaneously, flow speed is controlled and heat exchange is maximized.
- Better aerodynamics. The airflow follows the surface of a round pipe better than small flat blades.
- The pipes are gapped to minimize mud/sand buildup.
- Installs at the base of the radiator, where the water and surrounding air temps are lowest.
- Aluminum mounting panels are customized to each bike model.
- Maintenance-free
