Twin Air standard OEM replacement filters are constructed of two layers of open-pore polyester foam that are bonded together to provide maximum filtration and superior airflow. The total foam thickness is 15mm.
The fused dual layers of open-pore outer foam and fine inner foam trap even the smallest particles. The new, rounder design boosts airflow. So do the minimised seams, made possible by a revolutionary micro-gluing process: Shorter seams = more foam = more flow.

PRE-OILED DUAL-STAGE FILTERS
The Original Dual-Stage Air Filter is completely submerged in BIO Liquid Power Filter Oil.
The filter is then massaged to ensure all pores are evenly coated with oil, it’s then placed in a temperature controlled room to allow the oil to completely cure. You just open the resealable bag and install!

Twin Air Extreme / Dust / Sand filters have 33% increased protection over standard filters. Both protective layers are 33% thicker than the original dual-stage filter. Offering superior protection the foam (60/45 Pores) is bonded together to provide maximum filtration and superior airflow.

DUST COVERS
The Dustcover (DC) is a single white layer (10mm) open pore foam. Fit over the air filter when riding in severe conditions such as heavy dust and sand.

FILTER SKINS
The skin acts as an extra layer of protection, for when you are riding in sandy or dusty conditions. The skin is an orange single stage nylon (polyamide) layer that captures 90% of dirt and dust.

Powerflow 4 Stroke Fire Resistant (FR) replacement filters are three layers of open-pore polyester foam (30/60/45 Pores) that are bonded together to provide maximum filtration and superior airflow. The total foam thickness is 15mm. Features free-flowing, backfire-resistant foam laminated to the inside of the filter– eliminates restrictive, stock backfire screen for four-stroke engines.

TwinAir’s PowerFlow Kits ensure a leak-proof, fool-proof fit with a rigid, lightweight, billet-aluminum cage that replaces your flimsy, plastic stock cage, and a billet aluminum flange with a rubber seal that bolts tight to your airbox.
Our PowerFlow Kits use open cages without backfire screens and higher performance filters, in general this always creates more airflow for the bike!

AIRBOX COVERS
Prevent water and cleansers from entering your intake when you clean your airbox!
Airbox Covers are manufactured from tough, durable ABS plastic. A rubber sealing ring is provided to ensure a perfect, leak-free fit. Remove air filter from the airbox and install the Airbox Cover with the provided mounting screw.
